This year i did something i have wanted to do for a long time, open a training facility. Jeff Roderick (Chiropracter/Owner of Madison Ridge Chiropractic) and I opened The Zone in Rexburg Idaho in early January. This is an indoor training facility and event cener. Inside there are two courts, a batting cage, and Teton CrossFit. The courts are used for volleyball, futsal (soccer), basketball, dance, yoga, fitness classes, football, dodge ball, and even baseball. I’m sure there’s even more we could do if someone wanted to. We’ve had world record setting silly string dances, paint fights, birthday parties, health fairs, all night volleyball tournaments, basketball leagues, volleyball leagues, and even family reunions. Coming up we have class reunions, a craft fair, Olympic volleyball camps, football camps, fitness classes and much much more. Check out our website www.rexburgzone.com and make sure to like us on Facebook and follow us on Twitter! If you live near Rexburg head over to 275 Stationery Rd. Rexburg, ID and check it out. Thanks!

Raiders

75

This past year has been crazy, I was released from the Chiefs after the preseason and then picked up by the Oakland Raiders. I was on the Raiders Practice squad until the end of the year at which time I was moved to the active roster. My family and I love being in Oakland and especially love meeting new people.

2012 Camp Success

Jr. High Camp

Thanks to everyone who made it out for our first ever Brandon Bair Football camp! Camp was a huge success and we can’t wait to do it again next year. Coaches, campers and staff all had a blast as we worked our tails off in the crazy weather. It didn’t matter if we were inside a trailer hiding from the lightning; or out in the rain, wind, or blazing heat… we got the most out of ever minute and got better every day. I was thoroughly impressed with the improvements I saw daily. Being coachable will take you a long way in life. Not only on the football field, but in everything you do!  We had campers from all over locally and as far as Arco, ID and West Jordan, UT! A BIG thank you to Brenda Miller, Todd Eckman, Jake Eckman, Mitch Buck, and Chris Tucker… with out your help we couldn’t have had this camp!  We would love to get feedback from campers and parents on your experience this year, so feel free to leave your comments here on the webpage. We want to do all we can to make this camp the best that it can be.

Oregon Pro Day

March 10 2011 – I had a great Pro Day! I was really happy with my results from the combine so I just did the position workouts at the end.  After I finished the D-line drills I was asked by several teams to run some tight end routes. I will admit my routes need a little work, but the old hands still work great.

Brooklyn and I got to watch Brandon at his Pro Day and it was a lot of fun. I can’t believe how well he deals with these potentially stressful situations. The moment I walked into the “Mo” center I felt nervous, but Brandon seemed calm as could be. I asked him how he was feeling before he started the drills and his response was, “Great!” He was excited to go out there and do what he loves. It makes me so happy to watch Brandon out there on the field. He truly loves the game… you can just see it in his face.

Combine Bench, 225lb

February 27 2011 -The Combine has been very busy and there hasn’t been much if any spare time. It still has been a neat opportunity and I’m looking forward to tomorrow. I was able to get one more on the bench today (26), you can see my leg cramp up so they racked it before i tried any more but I’m happy with it.

Tuesday at D1

February 22 2011 – We worked on 3 cone drills, shuttle runs, and went through several stability exercises. I have been getting better each week on the bench and was happy today with 25 reps of 225lb.  At the end of the video there is a quick tour of D1 for thous that haven’t seen it. Its “Game week!!!” :)

Monday at D1

February 21 2011 – We really got after  it today!
